Serves 4      Hot  Vegetarian   Herbs  Main Course   Italy   Europe



240ml/8fl.oz. Tomato Pizza Sauce

2 Pizza Crusts, ready made or home made

100g/4oz Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced

75g/3oz Goats Cheese, cut into small cubes

100g/4oz Dolcelatte Cheese, cut into small cubes

25g/1oz Fresh Parmesan, coarsely grated or shaved

1 teasp Finely chopped Fresh  Oregano




1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7.


2. Place all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl and lightly toss to mix them up.


3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly  over the crusts and sprinkle the cheeses over the sauce, distributing evenly.


4. Sprinkle over the oregano and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
