Quorn Kebabs Veg HT 20mins plus marination
Serves 4 Vegetarian Hot Main Course Healthy Eating Ingredients 250g/9oz Quorn Pieces 4 tbsp Natural Yogurt The Juice and grated Rind of 1 Lime 2 tbsp Tikka Paste A little Olive Oil Shredded Lettuce, to serve Freshly Chopped Tomatoes, to serve 4 Pitta Breads, to serve Instructions 1. Mix together the yoghurt, lime juice and rind and tikka paste in a large bowl . Add the Quorn, mix well, cover and leave for 30 minutes. 2. Preheat the grill to hot. Thread the quorn pieces onto 4 wooden skewers, place on the grill pan, drizzle with a little olive oil and cook for 10 -15 minutes, turning frequently. 3. To serve - fill the pitta breads with some of the shredded lettuce and tomato and top with the Quorn kebabs. Serve immediately.
