Hot Main Course Healthy Eating
tbsp Natural Yogurt
Juice and grated Rind of 1 Lime
tbsp Tikka Paste
little Olive Oil
Lettuce, to serve
Chopped Tomatoes, to serve
Pitta Breads, to serve
Mix together the yoghurt, lime juice and rind and tikka paste in a large bowl .
Add the Quorn, mix well, cover and leave for 30
Preheat the grill to hot. Thread the quorn pieces onto 4 wooden skewers, place
on the grill pan, drizzle with a little olive
oil and cook for 10 -15 minutes, turning frequently.
To serve - fill the pitta breads with some of the shredded lettuce and tomato
and top with the Quorn kebabs. Serve
