Working Week Menus

Not only do we give you the main course recipe, most of which can be cooked from start to finish in less than 45 minutes, we also list serving suggestions for accompaniments and desserts, enabling you to plan a whole week in advance ..... including your shopping requirements.
We've designed the main courses for each week to include meat, poultry, fish and vegetarian dishes to ensure a well balanced weekday diet incorporating a variety of foods to help you get a proportion of your recommended daily allowances of vegetables, fruit, proteins and vitamins although we recommend that you supplement with fresh fruit and extra vegetables.
We'll be adding 4 week's worth at a time so you can pick equivalent dishes from each of the weeks as alternatives, thus making allowances for likes and dislikes.
All the recipes serve 4 but most are easily adaptable to serve less or more by halving or doubling the quantities.
What could be more simple!
