Lahm Lhalou HT MC Algerian 75mins Salt 900g/2lb Lamb, cubed 4 tbsp Flaked Almonds
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
Instructions
2. Add the almonds, sugar and cinnamon to the pan then stir in the orange juice and water and bring to the boil stirring.
3. Return the lamb to the saucepan, coverand simmer for about 45 minutes until tender.
4. Add the prunes, mix well and continue to cook for a further 15 minutes. Serve hot with couscous or rice.
