Roast Leg of Lamb HT MC 120mins
Serves 4-6 Hot Lamb Dairy Free Eggless Main Course
Ingredients 1 x 1.2kg/2˝lb Leg Lamb 3 teasp Dried Mixed Herbs Salt and Black Pepper 1 teasp Garlic Granules 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 teasp Oil 60ml/2fl.oz Water
Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 150C, 300F, Gas mark 2. Place the lamb in a roasting tin and sprinkle over the mixed herbs, salt, pepper, garlic salt, oil and Worcestershire sauce. Use your hands to rub it all over the joint. 2. Add 60ml/2fl.oz water to the tin and bake in the oven for 1˝ to 2 hours, basting occasionally. Serve hot.
