Harvesting |
Pick
leaves just before the flowers open. Harvest seeds when they are flat and
brown. |
Uses |
The
leaves are great sprinkled on news potatoes, tomatoes, grilled salmon,
spinach, green beans, cucumbers and squash. Use the seeds for pickling.
