Cranberry Sauce Recipe����

Cranberry Sauce is traditionally served� with roast turkey at Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving and can be served warm or cold.

�

Makes approx 360ml/12fl.oz. �� Hot� Cold� Savoury� Sauces�� Accompaniment��� Gluten Wheat Free��Eggless�

Ingredients

275g/10oz Fresh Cranberries

120ml/4fl.oz. Water

100g.4oz Sugar

25g/1oz Butter

30ml/1 fl.oz. Port

Instructions

�

1. Add the sugar and cranberries to the water , bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the butter and port.

�

Serve the cranberry sauce hot or cold.
