Cranberry Sauce is traditionally served with roast turkey
at Christmas, Easter or Thanksgiving and can be served warm or cold.
Makes approx 360ml/12fl.oz. Hot

Ingredients
275g/10oz
Fresh Cranberries
120ml/4fl.oz.
Water
100g.4oz Sugar
25g/1oz Butter
30ml/1 fl.oz.
Port
Instructions
1. Add the
sugar and cranberries to the water , bring to the boil then simmer for
10 minutes. Stir in the butter and port.
Serve
the cranberry sauce hot or cold.
