Ingredients
150g/+5oz Rice
Flour or Maize Flour
2 teasp GF
Baking Powder�
2 Large Eggs
A little water

Instructions
1. Sift the flour and baking powder together into a mixing bowl.
2. Add the eggs and enough water to form a soft dough. Mix well.
3. Drop spoonfuls of the dough into boiling soup, stew or stock and simmer
uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover the pan and continue to cook for a further 10
minutes. Serve hot.
