tbsp Olive Oil

Young Asparagus, trimmed
2
tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
and Pepper
25g/1oz
Parmesan Cheese shavings

Instructions

1.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan until hot then add the asparagus
and saut� on all sides for 3-5 minutes until lightly coloured.
Â
2.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well then cover and cook for a further 5-10
minutes or until just tender.
Â
3.
To serve - transfer to individual serving platters, drizzle with the vinegar then scatter
the Parmesan cheese shavings over the top. Serve immediately.
