Instructions

1.
Place the Camembert and cream cheese in a food processor and process until well blended.Â
Â
2.
Add half the walnuts chopped into small pieces. Pulse just until blended. Do not
over process. There should be discernable pieces of walnuts in the
mixture.Â

3.
Shape into a round, wrap in clingfilm and chill for at least 4 hours.

Once the cheese mixture is well chilled, melt the butter in a small pan then add
the remaining chopped walnuts and saut� until golden.Â
Â
5.
Drain well on paper towels then press the walnut pieces around sides and top of the cheese
round.Â
Â
6.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled with crackers or breadsticks and
fresh grapes or slices of fresh pear.
