Ingredients
100g/4oz
Camembert Cheese
100g/4oz
Cream Cheese
100g/4oz
Shelled Walnuts, roughly chopped

tbsp Butter
Paprika
�
To
serve
Grapes
or Fresh Pears
Crackers
or Breadsticks
�
Instructions
�
1.
Place the� Camembert and cream cheese in a food processor and process until well blended.�
�
2.
Add half the walnuts chopped into small pieces. Pulse just until blended. Do not
over process. There should be discernable pieces of walnuts in the
mixture.�

3.
Shape into a round, wrap in clingfilm and chill for at least 4 hours.
�
4.
Once the cheese mixture is well chilled, melt the butter in a small pan then add
the remaining chopped walnuts and saut� until golden.�
�
5.
Drain well on paper towels then press the walnut pieces around sides and top of the cheese
round.�
�
6.
Sprinkle with� paprika and serve chilled with crackers or breadsticks and
fresh grapes or slices of fresh pear.
