Ingredients:
450g/1
lb Asparagus
Salt
50g/2oz
Parmesan Cheese
50g/2oz
Butter

Instructions
�
1.
Wash the asparagus under cold water and remove any woody stalks. Boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until just tender.
Preheat the grill.

2.
Drain the asparagus and place on a flameproof dish. Sprinkle the parmesan over the asparagus.
�
3.
Gently melt the butter until liquid but not coloured and pour over the parmesan
and asparagus.
�
4.
Grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
