How to make
Smoothies
In an
effort to make finding the recipe you want more easily, we have categorised
them firstly into fruit, vegetable and adult smoothies and
then, where applicable by ingredient. Please bear in mind that
most smoothies are a mixture of at least 2 fruit/vegetables. We hope to
be adding more smoothie recipes over the coming months.
Note: All
recipes serve 2 unless otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds� blending
� starting on low and increasing to high.

weight to cups conversion table on the net - both solid ingredients and liquids
- so now you can easily convert our recipes to suit your preference.
