Ingredients

450g/1lb Fresh Spinach, washed and

chopped

350g/12oz Cooked Turkey, shredded

275g/10oz Cheddar Cheese, grated

Salt and Black Pepper

Grated Nutmeg

Instructions

�

1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 and grease a 25cm/10 inch ovenproof casserole dish.

�

2. Place the spinach in the casserole dish and top with the shredded turkey. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and sprinkle the cheese over the top.

3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Serve immediately.

Great for using up leftover turkey at Christmas or Easter
