all food is not consumed and that every year �20 billion pounds worth of food is
thrown away.
This section features recipes which are
made from leftover items such as meat, poultry, vegetables and pasta.
Below are just a few examples of how leftover
food can be transformed into new and exciting dishes and we'll be adding more
recipes over the coming months so make sure to check back regularly.
Recipes are listed according to the leftover food being used.
NB: Always refrigerate cooked
foods as soon as possible after they have cooled down and wrap well before
refrigerating.
